Ajoy Reddi

Ajoy is a Portfolio Manager & Analyst on Polen Capital’s International Equity Team. Prior to joining Polen Capital, Ajoy was the lead portfolio manager at CastleArk Management for the firm’s International Small Cap Equity and International Equity strategies. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at Fred Alger Management and Allianz Global Investors, as well as William Blair & Company and Franklin Templeton. Ajoy received an M.B.A. in Finance, Accounting & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
